Recursive Movements of Eastern Wild Turkey Broods in the Southeastern United States

We used GPS data from brooding hens to describe their movements and habitat selection, as well as instances where they revisited locations repeatedly – often called recursive movements.  Broods frequently revisited some locations within their ranges about once per day, and these locations were mostly open treeless areas.  We assume these revisited locations are money for broods, as they offer them safety with tons of forage.
